Personalized Academic Support for TK– 4 Students
At Bright Minds Learning Academy, we provide individualized, one-on-one academic tutoring designed to help elementary students strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, and reach their academic potential.
Our tutoring sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each student's unique learning needs, strengths, and educational goals. Through engaging, hands-on instruction and targeted academic support, we strive to create a positive learning experience where every student can grow and succeed.
We welcome students from homeschool, charter school, public school, and private school backgrounds.
Academic Tutoring Services
We offer individualized instruction in the following academic areas:
Reading & Literacy
Phonics and decoding
Reading fluency and comprehension
Sight word recognition
Vocabulary development
Foundational literacy skills
Writing & Language Arts
Handwriting and letter formation
Spelling and grammar
Sentence and paragraph structure

Each tutoring session is designed to supplement the student's existing educational program and provide targeted support in areas where additional instruction or practice is needed.
Tutoring Rates
One-on-One Private Academic Tutoring
30-Minute Session — $40
60-Minute Session — $60
Tutoring sessions include individualized instruction, targeted academic activities, and instructional materials selected to support each student's learning goals.
Sessions are available by appointment, based on scheduling availability.
Tutoring Locations
Tutoring services are available in Lake Elsinore, Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding communities.
Sessions may be held at local public libraries or other mutually agreed-upon locations.
In-home tutoring may also be available depending on location and scheduling. Additional travel fees may apply and will be discussed before scheduling.
For charter school-funded tutoring, all service locations and charges must comply with the school's approved authorization and vendor guidelines.
Charter School Families
Bright Minds Learning Academy welcomes families enrolled in California homeschool charter schools.
We are currently pursuing vendor approval with Mission Vista Academy to provide individualized academic tutoring services.
Once approved, eligible families may be able to use their charter school educational funds toward tutoring, subject to the school's guidelines, authorized services, and required purchase order or service authorization.
Charter school-funded tutoring cannot begin until vendor approval and the necessary authorization have been completed.
Private-pay tutoring is currently available.
What to Expect
Initial Session
The first tutoring session typically includes an informal academic assessment to identify the student's strengths, current skill levels, and areas needing additional support.
Individualized Instruction
Following the initial session, tutoring activities and instructional strategies are tailored to the student's academic needs and learning goals.
Ongoing Support
Sessions focus on building foundational academic skills, reinforcing concepts, developing confidence, and encouraging independent learning.
Parent Communication
Families may receive updates regarding their student's progress, academic strengths, and areas for continued growth.
