Policies
Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed once registration is complete and, if applicable, a charter school purchase order (PO) has been approved.
Services begin only after receipt of an approved PO for charter-funded students.
Parents are responsible for ensuring timely submission of required charter documentation.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is expected to ensure academic continuity.
No refunds or credits are issued for absences.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
Charter-funded families remain financially responsible for unused approved services per charter guidelines.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
This is a drop-off program.
Students must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized adult.
Late pick-up fees may apply.
Students must be able to separate from parents independently.
Health & Illness Policy
Students must remain home if experiencing:
Fever within the past 24 hours
Vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours
Contagious illness symptoms
We reserve the right to send a child home if illness symptoms develop during class.
Behavior Expectations
We maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment.
Students are expected to:
Follow directions
Participate respectfully
Keep hands and materials to themselves
Demonstrate kindness toward peers
If behavioral concerns arise:
Parent communication will occur.
A behavior improvement plan may be implemented.
Continued disruption may result in dismissal from the program.
No refunds are provided for dismissal due to behavioral concerns.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tuition is reserved for the full semester.
Refunds are not issued after the semester begins.
If a student withdraws, unused charter funds may be released back to the charter per their policies.
In the event of provider cancellation, make-up sessions or prorated refunds may be offered.
